TRIBUTE TO YOU MY DARLING

There you go…
You go again
Racing through in my mind
And I am overwhelmed
I cannot contain it anymore
I have to give tale of my thoughts for you
You borrowed and lend me
Your stories, clothes, animals,
Sunsets and sunrises,
Meadows and mirages
For all my stories
You afforded credence to my scruffy ideas
Steadiness to my wobbly handwriting
I love you.

From the cracks on my window
To the crevices on my wall
A sure reflection shows
All mornings are like a painting of word,
Sunsets glitter with glimmer of a writer’s optimism
I just needed a little inspiration to get me going,
A message to strengthen the frailty of my resolve
A little smile to liven up a message from
One who cares to color my days with words
Letters. Is all I got from you.
I love you!

I would all be gloom without rainbow skies
You have loved me with loyalty
No wonder I am now a royal
Just because of letters and punctuations
You have entrusted me with the untold tales
Mysteries of creations hidden in ages
Concealed in the hearts of the weak and devious minds
Just for me to tell the world their stories
What a love! I have in you.

All my literary accolades
Are wrought in your inspiration
I wait for another moment with you
My desk is idle
My pen dry
My paper spotless
I want to write again!
